PA 2.1 Corba Error on Client Start

Hello gurus,

I have uninstalled the old PA 2.0 and installed PA 2.1 64-bit client on my computer. On start it throws an error and not opening.Then I have removed the 2.1 and installed the old one but error persists. Any ideas?
