Hi, In Any organization, we pay the money to individual for the time they worked in the organization.
So in SAP.
Time Management has the concept of Evaluating the Time one individual worked through Time Evaluation as the term self explain.
Once after the Time evaluated, the employee has to get paid, that payment process happens in Payroll process of SAP.
I tried to explained in generic terms.
