We bought SAP EDGE in the midst of a major expansion. Nearly a year later after finally dropping a couple of SAP developers that were not sufficiently prepared to implement what we had purchased, our backs are against the wall to to get critical elements in place for a roll out. No one, including our SAP provider, expected the SAP piece to take more than a few months. I apologize, I know this may be well beyond the scope of this forum. The SAP provider is being very generous and making every effort to make this right but it is taking time to identify the staff.
