We have a scenario where in system to update the category in the service request that is created from incoming email. Requirement is to update the level 4 (last level) category in the service request based on the routing defined in the rule policy.
For Example :
If email content contains enquire
then create
service request - yes
sent auto acknowledgement - yes
Route email to O:123456 - credit department.
So from the above example , based on the routing - system has to update the level 4 category in the service request that is created in the system.
Category 4 having the list of values like credit dept , finance dept etc.,
Please suggest.
