Service Tax Registration Number Mandatory

Dear all,

Here, we have requirement that in MIRO/FB60 at the time of posting/simulation, system checks that if any service tax account is going to post then system will chek in vendor master's CIN details that service tax reigstration number is maintained or not ? If,not then system has to issue the error for the same like

"Please maintain service tax registration number ".

Is there any option through any BADI/ enhancement for doing the same ?

Please provide the same.
