The issue has been solved and thanks to you for your good response on this issue really appreciated!!
The Basis people modified an entry having old Tablesapce "PSAPDBW" and they have replaced with the current one in the table "DDSTORAGE".
Finally the info object got activated by selecting With Master data check in the Info object
