I have a situation where I am creating a report template for LIMS application; the application is used in Europe and USA. Since I have more countries to work with in Europe, I am creating the templates in A4 format. Our developing team has added a code in the application for Crystal Report Viewer to pick up the difference between A4 and Letter based on the printer defaults.
My problem is, when the report is run in the USA, the page size is correct; but there is a lot of white space on the right side of the report. Is there anyway in Crystal reports to do "Horizontal Page alignment" of all the data that is printed?
To develop the report templates, I am using Crystal Report version => 11.5.10.1263
Only thing I can tell you about the Crystal Report viewer version is that it is using CRViewer 9; I do not have the exact version number at this time.
