You may be seeing these operator messages that need reply in your home screen itself.
If not, navigate to Monitoring-->Operator messages.
The operator messages will have the following statuses
- Replied
- Requires reply
- reply not required
Select the one that need reply, right click the operator messaged and select option Reply from the context menu.
then you will be offered several replies if present from which you can choose one.
If you have too many operator messages, submit the job definition System_RemoveOpertaorMessages to reply all the operator messages that are waiting for the reply.
then try to delete the job definition.
